I bought these for my grandson and granddaugher and by some miracle they fit as expected! Size listings everywhere are ridiculously confused and confusing, and I don't understand why someone hasn't sorted them out by now. The best system to use is perhaps the EU one as it is continuous instead of jumping from 'small child' UK 13 to 'large child' 1, but on this site the listing goes up above 13 to 15! I bought sizes 13 and 14 assuming the latter was equivalent to large size 1, and I was right! The boots themselves are very clearly marked with size moulded into the sole underneath, and mine say 1 and 33 and 13 and 32. These are in fact equivalent in most tables, but some other sizes come out half way, just to confuse things further, so 12 is 30.5 ! So it would be better if the seller listed the sizes in dual notation as on the actual boots. The order says 'purple lila 13 size 14', on the size 1 (33) just to confuse things further!! Have you got all that? No I'm not surprised !! If I had my way all sizes would be EU with the addition of N or W (narrow or wide) and no reference to girls boys or ladies! The actual boots are nice, and importantly they don't smell at all (and I have a sensitive nose). I say this because apparently some kids wellies smell terribly, as is the way with some plastic or rubber items. I now realise that girls shoes are supposed to be narrower than boys, but I bought oversize and he's not complaining! An option worth looking at is to purchase oversize boots and use short boot socks - something I have done for years with my own wellies for greater warmth and comfort. I highly recommend the 'Tobeni'; sold in pairs on this site with a full and sensible listing of sizes. Though listed confusingly as 'horsehair' (it's a mystery why) they are in fact polyester and wool, well made, and better than the Bama alternative (which are ridged) in that they have a slightly slippery feel that makes them easier to slip in and out of the boots without leaving them behind - they can be kept on as slippers in the house when going in and out.

Our 16 month grandchild loves these boots and they are now their preferred indoor and outdoor footwear. They seem well made and no unpleasant smells as reported on some other brands. The fit seems true to size.

Look good and fit well but the flimsy insole came straight out (and won't stay in place). I guess due to this reason they make my daughters feet stink like no other welly has done before!! :) Good price and seem quite durable but the stink has stopped my getting a second pair for her sister!

Dalle 5 stelle potete capire che il mio giudizio è estremamente positivo ma vediamolo nel dettaglio. MISURA Le galosce calzano il giusto, quindi in teoria dovreste prendere il numero esatto che porta il vostro bimbo/bimba per indossarle subito così come sono, tuttavia c'è da considerare il fatto che non hanno una grande imbottitura e visto che si tratta di calzature tipicamente invernali potrebbe essere una buona idea indossare unadoppio calzino bello pesante. Consideriamo anche che i piedi dei nostri bimbi crescono a vista d'occhio quindi tenendosi almeno una misura più larghi si potrebbe riuscire ad usarle anche il prossimo autunno. Mi figlia porta circa 23 e mezzo ed io ho preso un 25. Mettendo un doppio calzettone ci sta comodissima, non sente freddo e magari riesco a mettergliele per 2 annate. QUALITA' La termosaldatura tra suola e gomma sembra ben fatta, l'acqua non entra ed i materiali sono eccellenti considerato il costo sotto i 10€. La suola è ben scolpita con un "carroarmato" antiscivolo per avere grip anche quando si saltella nelle pozzanghere. Il materiale ha la giusta flessibilità per garantire resistenza e comfort. Si tratta di un prodotto made in Europe e la differenza con manufatti Cinesi è palpabile. COMODITA' Come detto sopra l'unica pecca è la mancanza di imbottitura che non è di per se un difetto inquanto le classiche galosce sono sempre in gomma senza altri strati di supporto interni. Questo dettaglio è da tenere in considerazione qualora si volessero indossare delle calze belle spesse o un doppio calzino per tenere i piedi caldi prendendo quindi almeno una taglia in più. Il plantare ha un soletta removibile che torna comoda per sorreggere il piede. La pianta è bella larga ed il collo ampio. ASPETTO Semplici e funzionali, senza troppi fronzoli, decori o loghetti. A me piacciono molto perchè la loro bellezza è nell'estrema semplicità e nel design essenziale. Unica nota che sottolineo è che la tonalità di colore (almeno nella versione rosa) è leggermente più pallida di quella delle foto del venditore. A dire il vero è anche meglio. CONCLUSIONI Classiche galosce ben fatte ad un prezzo eccezionale. Nulla di meglio per tenere asciutti i piedini con un tocco di colore nelle grigie giornate di pioggia.
